Experiential Learning Credit Policy

Procedures

  1. The student will email the Registrar’s Office to receive the application form for experiential learning credit. The student will re-submit the filled-in form to the Registrar’s Office.
  2. The submitted form will be evaluated by the Program Director for eligibility. If deemed eligible, the student must join the orientation to discuss the policies, procedures, and requirements in applying for experiential learning credit. The orientation is scheduled one month before the start date of every semester.
  3. The student will pay the processing fee through bank transfer. They should email the proof of payment to finance@richmindale.com. They can also have the option to visit the office for the payment.
  4. The student will send via email the compiled portfolio and other requirements to the office of the Program Director for evaluation. The student will also be required to undergo an interview and exam as part of the evaluation process.
  5. If it deemed that more information is needed to make a determination, the student may be asked to submit additional evidence.
  6. A notice of approval or disapproval from the Program Director’s Office will be sent to the applicant’s email.
    1. If credit is merited, the student will proceed to admission.
    2. If credit is denied, the student may request an appeal to the Program Director’s Office.
